These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of eCure's telemedicine services, office visits, house calls, website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

1.1. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your state to use the Services.

1.2. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right and capacity to agree to these Terms.

 2. Scope of Services

2.1. eCure provides healthcare services through:

  • Telemedicine consultations with licensed healthcare professionals.

  • In-person office visits at designated eCure locations.

  • House calls performed by licensed healthcare professionals.

2.2. The Services are intended to supplement, but not replace, regular medical care. Certain conditions may require referrals to specialists, emergency services, or other providers outside of eCure’s scope.

2.3. Office Visits

  • Office visits are available by appointment only unless otherwise stated.

  • Patients are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling or cancellation fees.

2.4. House Calls

  • House call services are available in designated service areas.

  • You must provide accurate location details when booking a house call. eCure reserves the right to decline or reschedule house calls based on safety concerns, geographic limitations, or other factors.

2.5. eCure healthcare professionals may provide diagnoses, treatment recommendations, and prescriptions as allowed under applicable laws.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when using the Services.

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any activity conducted under your account.

3.3. You must not use the Services for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms.

3.4. You must ensure a safe and clean environment for house calls and cooperate with healthcare professionals during visits.

4. Privacy and Data Security

4.1. eCure values your privacy. Please review our [Privacy Policy](link to privacy policy), which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

4.2. eCure complies with applicable privacy laws, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

5. Fees and Payment

5.1. You agree to pay all fees associated with the Services as outlined during your booking or subscription process.

5.2. Additional fees may apply for house calls and office visits. These fees will be disclosed at the time of booking.

5.3. Payments are processed through secure third-party platforms.

5.4. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

 6. Prescription and Treatment Limitations

6.1. Any prescription provided through eCure is at the sole discretion of the healthcare provider.

6.2. eCure is not responsible for delays, shortages, or issues with third-party pharmacies or delivery services.

6.3. Not all conditions may be treatable via telemedicine, office visits, or house calls. Referrals may be provided if necessary.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All content provided through the Services, including logos, trademarks, text, and images, is the intellectual property of eCure or its licensors.

7.2. You may not copy, distribute, or use eCure's content without express written permission.

 8. Appointment Policies

8.1. Cancellations and rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid fees.

8.2. Missed appointments, late arrivals, or unsafe conditions during house calls may result in cancellation and applicable charges.

9. Termination

9.1. eCure reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

9.2. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. eCure is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.

10.2. eCure's liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Services.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

11.2. Arbitration will occur in Birmingham, Al, and the decision will be final and binding.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 13. Changes to Terms

eCure reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the Services or email. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
